Just outside of Santa Fe, NM this area offers stunningly tall basalt cliffs. With more of a desert environment, this area can feel warmer but chasing shade/sun is easily do-able. The approach can be easy to moderate and varies depending on which side of the canyon we go to. At 6,600ft and with a wide range of climbing difficulties, this area can be a year round destination.
